I don't think it's okay to hand over a car where polished alloy wheels are smeared with copper paste and large grease stains on the panels inside the cabin.
Hopefully this is the first and last time this happens.

Absolutely fantastic service! We were on vacation when the car wouldn't start. I called, just had to drive in and after 30 minutes the battery was changed and we were ready to continue our vacation. With smiles and a good mood. I want to drive in from Zealand 😉
